How does this work?
Bring your vehicle to our event
Decorate it with any great Halloween Theme
You will hand out safe treats, bring enough for 400 children at least.
Attach cards or samples to your treats to promote your business
$20 / vehicle
(no cost to current members)

You will receive an email if approved.

Sat Oct 26.

Set up: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Tear Down: 9pm (NO EARLY TAKE DOWN!)
Location: Royal CIty Cheer Gym (Warehouse)
102-100 Braid Street, New Westminster
ENTER OFF ROUSSEAU STREET (next to Uptown Dawg)

NEW THIS YEAR: each car vendor to bring a pop tent to cover their Trunk in case of any rain!

PAYMENT:
-Cash in person
-Email Interac to info@royalcitycheer.com 
-Cheques to 102-100 Braid Street made out to "Royal City Cheer & Tumbling Society"
-Credit cards but will have a 3% surcharge
