App doesn't seem to be able to handle stored passwords on Google lol...you have to login multiple times...despite already being logged in...technical errors seem to occur on the daily. A cheap, poorly designed app made by idiots. Doesn't seem to store transactions properly either, just updated cards to my wallet and the transaction has already vanished from the app. Dangerously useless given how they want us to rely on it for identification etc.

I've been trying to submit an NDIS volunteer worker check. What a clunker this app is. I've encountered multiple problems with the app stalling through the process. Unbelievably you can't save info where you experienced the difficulty and you have to start right from the beginning. And if you decide to do a paper application it's 13 pages long. Total thumbs down from me

Honestly, the only time people seem to take the time to provide feedback is when something affects them negatively, yet they rarely have anything constructive to add. The app continues to improve with each update, with functionality and usefulness improving dramatically. Thanks for listening to user feedback.
